Predictive Operational Modeling
Developed dynamic passenger processing and arrival prediction models featuring real-time lane-input variables. These long-term simulations (projected for 4-5 years of continued use) proved that 100% rigid Entry/Exit System (EES) checks would cause critical bottlenecks. This equipped operations with the exact data needed to negotiate with ferry operators and force the French Border Force (PAF) to stand down rigid checks, effectively mitigating massive queues.
Enterprise Data Strategy
Spearheaded product discovery and cost-analysis for an enterprise-wide reporting architecture. Presented strategic vendor recommendations and standardized data collection benchmarks to executive leadership, establishing the foundational roadmap for the IT ecosystem.
Product Delivery & BI Infrastructure
Managed the end-to-end delivery of secure, role-based Power BI analytics. Beginning with the successful migration of legacy ERP data from Azure Data Factory, I subsequently scaled reporting solutions across four different departments, designing advanced visualizations and heat maps that drove operational data literacy and adoption.

The idea for Lockify was born out of frustration when my phone was stolen, and the built-in tracking tools failed. I took this concept to the university's flagship Stage 0 startup pitching competition. Alongside my team, I directed the initial product discovery, conducted extensive market research, and wireframed shutdown screens to validate the idea. We pushed through intensive brainstorming and critical reality checks from our mentor, Jonathan Tate. Ultimately, we pitched our validated business model and research to executive judges to secure early-stage development funding, successfully earning our spot in the Top 5 Finals out of 270 applicants.
